Seeking a hands-on leader to operate and maintain a thermal barrier installation line (inserting polyamide struts into aluminum extrusions) while overseeing 2–3 team members.

Requirements: Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, leadership skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, valid driver’s license. Must be able to stand 10-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
