Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator

Location: De Smet, SD | Reports to: VP of Operations

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Vice President of Operations, vendors, and production staff to keep materials flowing smoothly through our shop.

What You’ll Do

• Purchase and track inventory items
• Communicate with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries
• Receive, inspect, and count incoming materials (quality, quantity, and finish)
• Properly store and track inventory locations (forklift experience required)
• Relay delivery schedules and updates to the production team
• Assist and learn order-processing workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in purchasing, inventory control, or warehouse operations (manufacturing experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (ERP system, spreadsheets, email)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production/warehouse setting
