Want to meet new people while making a difference Hospice needs your help AveraHome Hospice is looking for kind-hearted and reliable men and women to provide companionship and comfort to Hospice patients in and around the De Smet area. Hospice Volunteers serve our Hospice patients by offering socialization, presence and prayer, playing cards, going for walks and/or wheelchair rides, reading the newspaper or magazines, helping out with special events, etc. You can volunteer as little or as much as you would like, however it fits YOUR schedule.
